Head of the Pneumonology and Cystic Fibrosis Clinic of the Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases, Regional Branch in Rabka-Zdrój and lecturer at the Institute of Health of the State Higher Vocational School in Nowy Sącz.
Author and co-author of over 50 original articles, over 70 chapters in textbooks and scripts and over 100 other full-text publications on the pathophysiology of breathing, allergic diseases, cystic fibrosis, respiratory infections, published in peer-reviewed scientific journals in Poland and abroad, as well as numerous abstracts and congress materials and popular science articles.
During many years of work at the Institute of Tuberculosis and Diseases, he completed numerous training internships in the best pulmonology centers in Poland and Europe (including Rome, Nancy, Oslo). He completed studies in respiratory pathophysiology at the University of Nancy I (France).
Member of the Polish Cystic Fibrosis Society, the Polish Society of Lung Diseases, the Polish Society of Allergology and the European Respiratory Society.
Awarded the medal of the National Education Commission (2017).
Member of the Scientific Councils of medical periodicals, since 1996 member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases in Warsaw.
Many times a member of scientific committees and a lecturer at scientific and training conferences.
