Tristan Barrett is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Cambridge, and an Honorary NHS Consultant Radiologist at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.

His main research interest is in prostate cancer and he has published over 130 peer-reviewed research articles.

He is an internationally recognized expert in the field, giving invited lectures and workshops for several societies including the Royal Society of Medicine, RSNA, ECR, ESUR, BSUR, BIR and RCR, and National annual radiology meeting seminars in UK, Japan, Russia, Hungary, Ireland, and China.
